The PEOPLE Leader Programme is for Leaders and Managers who have worked with teams for 3 months or more or who aspire to lead people.

Starting with a pre-workshop Team Audit, we will identify skill gaps which will be the focus of the bespoke programme.

The programme will use the Leader Emotional Connection LEC© Model to develop actions and behaviours that will transform Managers into People Leaders.
